'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started as a vision to introduce real Neapolitan pizzas to Naples. The Rossi family, establishing our eatery in 1985, made it a quaint, familial hub with ancestries of recipes passed through time.
Our pioneer, Marco Rossi, mastered pizza craft during her Italian sojourns, gleaning insights from Napoli's pizza virtuosos. Back in the UK, she embarked on recreating that quintessential Italian pizza enchantment, with a commitment to time-honored techniques and premium ingredients.
From a humble setup of just a dozen seats, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to excellence in taste and genuine preparation remains unchanged. Daily made fresh dough, steadfast wood-fired oven practices, and the finest ingredient sourcing define us still.
Today, family-run 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is under the sage direction of the Rossi progeny, with a team as fervent as ever. Though modernity has touched us, our essence persists: to forge scrumptious, honest pizzas that forge connections.
